What does the superdog membership include?
Everything, in one care membership: wellness (vaccinations, deworming, check-ups and vet visits), grooming (four spa days a year) and protection up to ₹50,000* for the bills you never see coming. Wellness and grooming start on Day 1. For every last detail, download the brochure.
How much does it cost?
Every dog is different, so every price is too — it comes down to their breed, their age, and whether you go Yearly, 5-Year or Lifetime. One simple premium, no confusing sub-limits. Tell us a little about your doggo and we’ll call you back with the right plan for them.
Which dogs are eligible?
Almost every doggo is welcome — dogs aged 8 weeks and above at sign-up. Puppies and senior dogs (7+ years) can be covered for a small additional premium with a quick vet health certificate. Each plan covers one named dog, who should be up to date on core vaccinations (or we’ll get them done at the first wellness visit).
Is there a waiting period?
Wellness and grooming benefits start from Day 1 — vaccinations, deworming, consultations and grooming are ready to use right away. Illness and hospitalisation cover carries a short 15-day waiting period from your activation date.
How do claims work?
Digitally, from your phone. Raise a claim on the superdog web app within 30 days of treatment and upload your vet bill and prescription. Approved claims are reimbursed within 15 business days.
Can I keep my own vet?
Yes — any registered vet in India. Pay at the clinic as you normally would, then claim it back digitally in a few taps.
What isn’t covered?
Pre-existing conditions, congenital and hereditary issues, cosmetic procedures, routine (non-accident) dental work, behavioural training and breeding-related costs sit outside the plan. The full list is shown transparently before you buy — no surprises. You’ll also find it in the brochure.
What happens when it’s time to renew?
The Yearly plan runs for a year at a time — renew before expiry to keep your continuity benefits running. Prefer to lock things in? The 5-Year and Lifetime plans keep your dog covered for longer with a single commitment.
Do you cover more than one dog?
Each dog gets their own superdog plan, so the cover is tailored to them. Got a whole pack? Ask us about multi-pet benefits when you book a callback.
Is it only for dogs?
For now, yes — dogs have our whole heart, and superdog is built around them from nose to tail. Other furry friends are on their way, though — we’d love to look after them too.
